WATERS OF THE MOON

WATERS OF THE MOON is a Cut-Out set based on "Tranquility's Heirs," the third novel of the Waters of the Moon science fiction series by Gregory Urbach. The first novel, "Waters of the Moon--Book One--Tranquility's Child," is in print through AuthorHouse, as are the first six novels of the Waters of the Moon series.

After the Tranquility colony was evacuated in the summer of 2049, the moon was isolated by a prolonged global struggle. When the Embargo Wars finally ended in 2069, Dr. Laureen McKinsey led a small crew of brave young people to reopen the long abandoned colony. But McKinsey didn't realize the computers that had protected the moon during the war years would resist her leadership, or that a young man, Grey Waters, had been raised there all alone. Grey used the expedition's arrival as an excuse to wage war against the computers, eventually overthrowing the authoritarian rule, but he wasn't able to save McKinsey. After the battle, Grey forged a friendship with Captain Kris Fairfield, Dr. Valerie Fairfield, and Colonel Michael Zopek. Someday he would like to reopen the moon, but not right away.
